We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for our rapidly expanding needs.
Talex Trans delivers freight to its customers on daily basis all over central and east coast. As a CDL Driver, you will play a key role in keeping our commitment to exceed shipper expectations and make sure orders, large or small, are delivered on time at the right place.

Responsibilities
- Interact in a positive and a professional manner with general public while delivering products to locations.
- Drives a class 8 brand new tractor
- Comes home every night and has anchored start time
- Follows strict safety standards on road and off road
- Interacts with shipping associates and general public in a professional manner
- Uses technology to manage the delivery process
- Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road
Qualifications
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Have at least 2 years of Class A CDL experience
- Have a valid Commercial Driver License (CDL)
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English sufficiently to communicate with the general public
- No current CDL suspension or revocation
- No failed or refused drug and/or alcohol test in past 5 years (includes DWI\'s, DUI\'s and BAC\'s)
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
- Must be legally authorized to work in US and must be able to provide documentation
- Have ability to drive and operate manual transmission semi trucks (Preferred)

Starting Pay
$1,300-$1,400 Per week
Shift
5 - 6 a.m. Start Time
5 Day Schedule
- Drivers are off on weekends and holidays
- Average of 9-11 Hours per Day
